What is Boxing?

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves, throw punches at each other for a predetermined set of time in a boxing ring. The class program changes every week to keep you on your toes but at the same time develops some really useful skills such as self defence and self defence awareness. There is nothing better than burning fat whilst having an absolute ball!
