What is MetaFit?

Metafit is a 30 minute ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) bodyweight class. It is designed to boost your metabolism so you continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the session. All the exercises are simple, functional, and are easy to follow. You will be guided to make each exercise harder or easier to ensure you get the maximum benefit from each workout. You will get far greater results in one of our 30 minute sessions than you would in a 60 minutes ‘standard’ cardio class or exercise session.

Why should I do it?

It Burns Fat! The intense bursts of all-out exercise turns your body into a fat burning machine for up to 24 hours after the session. It will raise your overall fitness level and stamina, make you stronger, improve your bone health and density, and increase your heart and lung capacity.
